Kevin is a great realtor to work with. He showed us multiple properties and was always ready to bring his UTV so we could really see the land. He was knowledgeable with the property boundaries, pricing, previous owners, and the any other property information we needed. He used a drone to show us parts of the property we were not able to access with the UTV. Kevin is very personable and a really fun person to be around.

Ty's calm and reassuring manner is a real asset in the real estate market. He was unfailingly polite and patient with us, and I suspect that I, at least, am not an easy client, given to anxiety and discouragement. Ty also smoothly navigated the ever-tricky terrain of a long-married couple not always seeing eye-to-eye, and he gave us wise counsel as we sought a home for our retirement years. His negotiating skills served us well with the seller, also.

If my wife and I asked a question that was unfamiliar to him, he researched the issue until he found an answer. By negotiating promptly with the selling realtor on our behalf, he enabled my wife and I to purchase a well-built, affordable house that is located in an excellent neighborhood. Additionally, he is willing to assist beyond what is required for a sale. For example, even after we have closed on our house, he has agreed to negotiate for the purchase of additional lots adjoining our lot. He is locating the owners and finding contact information.
